You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content, images, or branding from this website without prior written consent
• Use this website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of this website
• Use any automated tools, bots, or scraping technologies to access or collect data from this website

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to this website at our discretion if these terms are violated.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and information on this website are accurate and up to date. However, minor variations in colour, packaging, or presentation may occur due to screen settings, photography, or product updates.

Results from using our products may vary depending on individual factors including application technique, skin type, hair texture, and environmental conditions. Product imagery and testimonials reflect typical or expected outcomes and are not a guarantee of individual results.

4. Orders

All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The product is unavailable or discontinued
• There is an error in pricing or product information
• We are unable to verify payment or delivery details
• We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send a confirmation of shipment.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Payment must be completed in full before goods are dispatched. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

6. Shipping

We ship both domestically within the United Kingdom and internationally. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout and in order confirmations are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, adverse weather, or force majeure events.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of ordering.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Please refer to that policy for full details on eligibility, timeframes, hygiene restrictions, and refund processing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pretty Mob UK (Laid By Shay Limited) shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from misuse of our products or failure to follow the provided usage instructions
• Any loss or damage resulting from incorrect application, improper storage, or use contrary to our guidance
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, data, or opportunity
• Any outcomes, performance issues, or adverse results arising from the use of our products in combination with, layered with, or substituted by products from other brands. Our products are formulated and specifically marketed to be used together as a system, and we accept no liability where this is not followed.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

9. Allergies & Reactions

As with all cosmetic products, individual skin reactions may occur. Customers are responsible for:

• Reviewing the full ingredient list for each product before purchase and use
• Performing a patch test at least 24 to 48 hours before full application
• Discontinuing use immediately if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs
• Seeking medical advice where appropriate

The Pretty Mob UK cannot be held liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities where the customer has had the opportunity to review ingredients and conduct a patch test prior to use, as individual skin chemistry varies and reactions cannot be predicted.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, photography, logos, brand names, graphics, and design elements, is the intellectual property of The Pretty Mob UK (Laid By Shay Limited) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No content from this website may be reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from The Pretty Mob UK.

Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Where local consumer protection laws provide greater rights, those rights shall take precedence.

12. Reviews, Content & Get Featured Rewards

Customers who submit content through Get Featured may receive a discount reward. The rules are as follows:

• A genuine written review of a product you purchased from us, once approved, earns 10% off.
• An approved review together with an approved photo and an approved video, with your face clearly visible in both, earns 15% off instead of the 10%.
• Rewards are never combined. One reward applies per submission, and the 15% replaces the 10% rather than adding to it.
• All submissions are reviewed by a member of our team. Your review, photo and video are assessed separately and approval is at our discretion.
• The reward is credited to your Mob account and applied automatically at checkout when you are signed in. No code is needed.
• A photo or a video on its own earns nothing. The 15% requires an approved review, an approved photo and an approved video, with your face clearly visible in the photo and the video.
• While an asset is still being checked it earns nothing. If your photo or video is not approved, or is later withdrawn, the reward returns to 10% for as long as your review remains approved. If your review is not approved, no reward applies.
• We cannot use content that is not yours, is a product, packaging or result shot with nobody in it, is a screenshot or repost, is too dark, blurry or low resolution to publish, is heavily filtered or AI generated, or contains unsafe, hateful or explicit material.
• By submitting, you confirm the content is yours and that you are the person shown. Submitting does not by itself give us permission to publish anything: public use is a separate, optional permission described in section 13.
• We may decline or withdraw a reward where a submission is fraudulent, not linked to a genuine purchase, duplicated, or breaches these terms.

13. Get Featured: Public Use of Your Content

Sending us a review, photo or video is private. It goes to our team, it earns your reward if approved, and it is not published anywhere unless you separately give us permission and we choose your submission.

The four stages

• Submitted - private, with our team, under review.
• Approved - approved for your reward. This does not make anything public.
• Selected - we have chosen it for possible publication. Still not live.
• Published - actually public, only on the channels you agreed to.

Your permission

• Permission is optional, never pre-ticked, and given channel by channel: our website and product pages, our social channels and emails, and paid advertising.
• We record the submission, your account, the permission you gave, the exact wording version, the date and time, and any later change or withdrawal.
• Declining public use does not affect your reward. You still receive the 10% or 15% you have earned.

What may become public

• If you give permission and we select your submission, your Pretty Mob username or display name, your review text or quotes from it, and the photo or video you sent may be shown publicly on the channels you agreed to.
• Photos and videos may show your face. Only send content you are happy for us to share publicly.
• We never publish your email address, phone number, order number, account identifiers, our internal notes or any moderation feedback.
• Once something is public online, other people and platforms can copy, screenshot or repost it. We cannot control or guarantee removal of copies held by third parties.

Withdrawing permission

• You can change or withdraw your permission at any time from your Get Featured history in your account, or by contacting us.
• Withdrawal is recorded with a timestamp. We stop any further publication, and we remove the content from our own website, product pages and channels we control.
• Withdrawal does not delete your order records, account records or your reward, and it cannot remove copies already reposted by third parties.

How this data is stored, who processes it and where, is set out in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this website.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of this website or placement of orders after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
