General Shipping Info
All orders shipped within the UK will be shipped Monday to Friday by 5pm with Royal Mail
International orders are shipped Monday to Friday with Royal Mail or UPS delivery service
Orders to countries within the EU may have to pay a customs fee due to the import and export laws since Brexit. This may also apply to other countries depending on your countries specific import and export laws
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Once your order is shipped, The Pretty Mob UK holds no responsibility for your package, the courier used to deliver your order will be liable for any concerns you may have regarding your delivery. It will be your responsibility to locate the package if any issues with delivery occurs
If for any reason your order cannot be delivered because you did not put the correct details in your shipping address, The Pretty Mob UK is not liable and you will not be refunded if your order is lost by the mail courier
In the event that your order is returned to us because you did not enter the correct information in the shipping address, you will need to pay the cost for redelivery. If you do not wish to pay for redelivery, your order will be refunded minus the initial shipping cost you paid
You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct. The Pretty Mob UK will not be held liable for order that are incorrectly delivered, shipped back to us or lost during postage as a result of the customer entering incorrect shipping information whilst purchasing
In the event that you have mistakenly entered the wrong shipping address and wish to change it, please email our customer service email. If your order has already been packed/shit by the time you wish to correct your Shipping address, we unfortunately cannot rectify or change the shipping address. We will not be held liable for the order being shipped to the wrong address in this circumstance; your order will not be refunded if this situation occurs
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you have ordered using the ordering subscription, you can only cancel the subscription for the following month if your order has not been fulfilled/ shipped by the time you request to cancel. If your order has been fulfilled/ shipped before you ask to cancel the subscription, the subscription will not be cancelled and you’ll still be required to pay the next subscription before cancelling
E.g. if you order on 1st March at 9pm for a new order subscription every month on 1st, and your order is fulfilled/ shipped by 1st March at 10pm, you cannot cancel your subscription until after 1st April after the next subscription has been charged from your card on file. This is to avoid any customers attempting to defraud us by purchasing using the discounted subscription price with no intention of actually wanting a subscription
Due to hygiene and the climate since COVID-19, The Pretty Mob UK do not offer refunds or returns. If you are unhappy with an item, you may send it back to our warehouse and exchange the item for another product(s) that total the same price; this is up to our discretion.
In the case you have received a faulty item (i.e. a broken item) please email support@theprettymobuk within 24 hours of the date you have received your item with images of the fault. After we have investigated the item and deemed it to be faulty due to manufacturers defect/ damage while shipping, you will be issued with offered a replacement. Once you have exceeded this 24 hour window, a replacement will not be offered
In the event that you believe your item is not performing how it should, you will need to ship your order back to us and we will conduct a quality test. It is your responsibility to pay for this shipping. In the event that your item is quality checked and the quality is up to standard, we are happy to reship the item back to you for free and give you a detailed video guide on how to use the product. In the unlikely event that the item is not up to our usual quality after being quality checked, we will refund the cost you paid for the item. The original shipping cost and return postage cost to us will not be refunded. Please email us at support@theprettymob.co.uk for the return address. This only applies if the item has been used once and you are unhappy with the quality. If an item has clearly been used a few times, we will assume you have enjoyed our product and a refund will not be issued

Please ensure your billing address is the same as your shipping address. If this is not the case, your item will be placed on hold whilst one of our customer service babes contacts you to discuss matters further. If they do not hear a response from you with 24 hours, your order will be cancelled and refunded. You may be requested to provide supporting evidence and will need to explain why the billing and shipping address if different. To avoid this, please ensure your billing and shipping address match
Please note that any orders marked a High Fraud Risk be cancelled and refunded automatically. A customer with Medium Fraud Risk order will be contacted via the email they entered while ordering to confirm their order. Confirmation must be within 24 hours after the confirmation email was sent, or their order will also be csbvelled and refunded
